Internships

As part of our commitment to empower local scientists, we thrive to support the training of Malagasy scientists with an interest in marine megafauna. Thanks to our partnerships with l’Institut Halieutique et des Sciences Marines (IH.SM), University of Antsirana and the Centre National de Recherches Océanographiques (CNRO), based in Madagascar, we are offering one to two internships every year during the season for a master thesis student.

During your internship, you will join the science team while working autonomously. We will advertise the chosen topic from June onwards, which you can apply to directly.

We require:

• To be already enrolled in a “Master II” course in one of our partner universities in Madagascar
• Onsite presence for 3 months in Nosy Be
• Ability to swim in open ocean
• Ability to speak French
